The two-bedroom seemed a little dark inside & cramped in the kitchen, but my daughter's new one-bedroom is gorgeous! It has great paint & architectural character, a big bathroom with a window and lots of counter space, a roomy kitchen with a window and access to the balcony there and from the living area. The high ceilings and fireplace are nice, too.

The staff here is great. It is so easy to submit a service request when you have an issue and they all work together to get it completed. Mariah is awesome!

Love this place. Just moved in.... friendly team here at the Coast and awesome customer service. Very clean apartment and nicely renovated. Five stars all the way.

I lived here for over 7 years, from March 2009 to July 2016.  I'm a little shocked at some of the awful reviews posted here!  These apartments are old, yes, but total renovations have been done in the past couple of years.  I have never had any bad experiences with the management staff or with the maintenance staff.  They are all very friendly and very responsive whenever I have had a complaint or a request.  I cleaned my apartment when I moved out and my deposit refund was processed very timely.  In fact, I am considering moving back to The Coast!  I always felt very safe there and loved my apartment.  I have recommended the property to several people that were looking for a home.
