It's my go to CBTL! Parking isn't a pain in the morning, but even so it's down the street from my bank and gym. I love the chai rooibos tea and will always come here for it.

I work right down the street and love it......  Starbuck's makes me gag and gives me a headache every time😫😫🤕.... For the life of me can't understand why Coffer Bean isn't at thr top of the list, but at least I have one that is close😊😊😊😋😋
