Story

Discover great coffee at The Coffee Mine! We are located next to the new Sinks Pharmacy on 10th Street in Rolla, Missouri, just past Country Mart and Rolla Technical Institute. We serve the freshest coffee, expertly micro roasted to perfection by Anodyne Coffee located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Our daily offerings include handcrafted blends and single origin offerings, many of which are organic and/or Fair Trade Certified. We have a wide variety of coffee and espresso drinks. Don't see your favorite on the menu? Just ask - our baristas are here for you to enjoy the wonderful coffee/espresso concoction that you call your favorite!!

Besides great coffee, we also have a wide variety of other beverages you will enjoy while visiting us. We proudly serve Rishi Fine Teas – the blueberry or hibiscus on ice is a great summer treat. Our Chai tea, whether you like it hot, cold or as a frappe, is delightful! For all the iced coffee lovers out there we serve a specially brewed iced coffee--Toddy Brew—its smooth, bold flavor is sure to please.

And don’t miss out on our delectable food and desserts. We have a unique selection of items here at The Coffee Mine. Our cinnamon rolls, pastries and breakfast fare are a great way to start the day. The tasty lunch and dinner offering is sure to please any appetite! (By the way – you can get a breakfast or lunch sandwich at any time throughout the day!) We slice all of our meat and cheese daily for our traditional Italian panini sandwiches. Our sandwiches are a perfect complement to our salads and soup. The Coffee Mine Combo is a great way to try many of our items, you choose two of three options ; half salad, half sandwich, cup of soup. And don’t forget to try our popular house made salsa--Coffee Mine Caviar--it’s great as an appetizer or as a meal. Finish your meal with a wonderful two -bite dessert or go for it and indulge in a full slice of one of our many daily dessert selections such as Creme Brulee Cheesecake, Meyer Lemon Layer Cake, Chocolate Confusion or Salted Carmel Vanilla Crunch Cake. The real fruit smoothies, frappes and marshmallow Coke are a great cold treat that can't be beat on a hot summer day!
