We had a family reunion combined with a bridal shower.  It was a perfect location.  The venue was clean, comfortable and spacious for inside and outside activities.  Our family appreciated the history and rich tradition as we celebrated in such a scenic location.  Mary was wonderful to work with and even provided some table decorations for our event.  We had a perfect weather day and many wonderful memories were made.  Thank you for a perfect venue to have our family reunion/shower.

We really enjoyed having our rehearsal dinner at the Bolton Home and would recommend it to others. The venue is unique and a great place for pictures. Management was very friendly and made sure everything went great for rehearsal. Our friends and family enjoyed their time at the Bolton Home as well.

Concur with the previous review. Great venue, however the woman who runs it is absolutely dreadful. Confronted the bride about a $25 fine ON HER WEDDING DAY!! it was really, really unfortunate because it is a fantastic place. I would recommend finding a different place due to how rude and inconsiderate the owner was. Will never go back.

stars because the house and area is very pretty. But other wise the lady interrupted our ceremony, walked around the whole time nitpicking, ate our food, and was all around rude and inconsiderate. 2 stars is probably generous. Won't be renewing our vows there lol. That's for sure.
