1st time here! Cookies were good. We didn't care to much for the Gelato. I will say I believe uniforms would be appropriate as this is a work place and needs to be professional. We took our kids in here today for the 1st time and the shorts where way to short as we could see what shouldn't be shown.

The cookies were awesome. I work at the AT&T store next door, me and my manger went and had a awesome experience. We were greeted the minute we walked through the door and was told about every single cookie. Didnt catch the workers names but they were awesome. Highly recommend this place only got cookies this time so I can go back and enjoy the ice cream

Josh and Katie recently catered a party for me and 50 people. The cookie depot provided all the desserts for our event and they were unbelievable!! From the cake to the stuffed cookies, everyone wouldn't stop raving about how delicious everything was and wanted to know where to get their own?! It was so convenient and brought the party to another level; we will be having all our future events catered by The Cookie Depot from now on!

The little shop has potential but seemed very dirty, at least the day/time we stopped by, there was no soap in the bathrooms and trash overflowing. Minimal options for being named what it is, the cookies we did get, which were all regular/single cookies almost tasted like a healthy version. Every single cookie seemed to have cinnamon in it...but it was never mentioned or posted. Service was mediocre. Not my favorite spot in BG considering the many other options.

Incredible flavor and my kids loved these hand crafted cookies! Will definitely be back to enjoy some more! Staff was kind and so helpful!

I don’t know how anyone could give less than 5 stars? These cookies are so amazing! I saw someone complaining about someone’s shorts being too short… jealous much?!  I go for the cookies not to see what the staff is wearing.

My wife and I both love this place. We go for the cookies, which are very good. The staff has always been very friendly!

Be ready to get diabetes from these cookies. They’re extra rich in flavor and sugar! Delicious nonetheless  you’ll definitely want a drink to go with it!

Fantastic atmosphere with very nice and polite staff. Definitely one of the finest desert spots in town. Extended hours and something on the menu for everyone's taste buds. Highly recommended!

Best cookie I have ever eaten in my life.. I moved here from Lexington and there is nothing like this 10x better than crumble A+++ 10/10 get the stuffed cookie phenomenal
