I love this place has great coffee, food, and sweets. The owners are great people! The enchiladas and lasagna are to die for. Compliments to the chef. I would've gave this restaurant a 5 star but the lady behind the counter today "Maddie" gave some weird customer service I came up to the counter said hi she ignored me. Gave her my order and she gave me a blank stare the whole time was very awkward. Went and sat down to wait for my coffee and when she brought it over she just placed it on the table and walked away. I thought it was just me but another family member said she was the same way with him he said thank you for an order for pick up and she said nothing. Back then customer service was key. I'd say train her in importance of customer service and I'll change it to a 5 star because like I said it's well deserved. I definitely will be returning but hopefully she won't make my visit as awkward as today was July 6, 2017. Would like to add never recieved bad customer service from anyone else.

Popular place, with a line inside and out. Busy crew that keeps up. Good coffee and snacks, and friendly staff. The room is a bit cavernous, but that is common of noon-corporate businesses that adopt a strip center location. Parking and drive-up space are roomy. We will be back.

I love this place. I eat there pretty regularly and most of the time get the same thing (the Giza sandwich-totally recommend) but the times I have branched out I have liked it. I just love my Giza!! Coffee and desserts are good too. 👌🏼

Good food, good coffee, friendly service. Sometimes prices are a little high but always worth it.
