Very good burgers!  Came here for some burgers with a buddy, and it was a great experience. Customized, very tasty, and plenty of food. Got some wings as an appetizer, also quite nice.  Staff was professional, and the location is great for a stroll after finishing your meal.

We heard lot about the counter burgers so we gave it a shot during the weekend for dinner. It was nice weather so we sat outside…good atmosphere.  Burgers and fries we ordered were okay however not too great. Seemed much of hype and also high on price point. Service can also be bumped up for some reason server seemed not to be happy to be there. Also for one of the burgers we ordered we were served the sandwich instead Melt down.  There are decent and delicious quality burger joints with fries, salad and seasoning options included within the burger price. If you are in RTC one time visit is fine but I won’t be going back again.

First time here and loved it. Service was great. Food was incredible. Burgers were delicious. Nashville chicken was perfect. Wings were some of the best. Will definitely be back! One of the best burgers spots

The Counter’s food is usually great. Their salads, burgers, chicken sandwiches are great. Recently the quality has been going downhill. My burger today had stale bread, the salad was smaller and looked very rushed they also missed the feta cheese. Not sure what’s happening/changing, but it’s not for the better. My burger was ordered medium, it was clearly cooked ‘well done’.

Ordered takeout.  Make your own 3rd pound + Beef medium well, crispy onions, spinach, sunny side up egg with thousand island sauce Make your own shake+ Brownie+Banana Side parmesan fries  The burger was perfectly done, the egg was just slightly over sunny side up but that was likely due to the heat during travel after takeout.  Shake was one of the best I've ever had.  Fries were decent, only thing is the cheese wanst spread evenly thoughout, otherwise very good as well.  Overall I would definitely go again.

Ordered carry out. It was waiting when I got there. The mini burgers were very tasty. The side of fries have good flavor and enough salt. However they would be better fresh out the fryer. So next time I won't get fries to-go.Food: 5/5

Good burgers.  My kids like these burgers over Bobby Flay’s burgers, but I prefer the latter.  Great burger over Sonoma bowl, and also they gave me a military discount. Quick and attentive servers. First of all, the burgers took about an hour and a half to come out. It wasn't just mine that arrived late, all the tables around me were complaining about their food coming out late as well. Second, the orders for quite a few tables came out incorrect. Mine came out with different toppings that I didn't order or want. Third, the burger itself was cold when I bit into it. It didn't taste like they just pulled it off the grill. The manager was walking around to every table apologising for the mistakes and giving free burger cards for the next visit. Overall, interesting idea for a restaurant, lots of good menu options and the food looks good but terrible service and terrible quality for their high prices. I wouldn't go here again.

Absolutely fabulous. Made in house sauces, the juiciest burger I've ever laid my mouth on, and strong yet delicious drinks. Server Jackson if I remember correctly was amazing and gave me some of the hickory BBQ sauce to take home. 100% will return.Food: 5/5

The burgers took about an hour to come out. The burger itself was cold when I bit into it. It didn't taste like they just pulled it off the grill. The most important was I got bad stomach flow and vomiting for a few days which was caused by food poisoning. End up seeing my PC for all kinds of tests  urine test, blood work  and my family doctor put me on, meds. Terrible quality for their high prices. I wouldn't go here again.
