KUDOS TO COUNTRY BUTCHER!!!
I recently had a party and order a Brisket from Country Butcher.  We intended on smoking the Brisket and decided to cut it in half.
The Brisket was all FAT inside, it was not edible.    We package the meat back up and return it to Country Butcher.   They were more than happy to take the piece
Of meat back and refund our money.   Sales girl was very courteous and accommodating, it was GREAT doing business with you guys and will keep doing business with you.
