Great place to learn how different and simple things were in those days. The tour is well worth it and so interesting. Had a great time and thank everyone should visit the COUNTRY DR. MUSEUM.

It is Bailey's claim to fame with the ONLY country doctors museum in the world!!!!!!! It is very educational to walk through the museum and see all the old told anyone gadgets that old time country doctors used! It is something everyone should go see! The buildings they used are the actual doctors houses where they lived!

We've passed the signs for this museum for years, and we finally decided to stop. It is much more interesting (and larger) than we expected. The docent was very informative, explaining and answering questions about everything from the live leeches to a demo on how doctors made their own pills, and from the medicinal herb garden to the iron lung. And after the museum, take the receipt to a local café for a discount on a tasty and​ reasonably priced lunch. Well worth the trip!

Great place to learn about medical history and see some of the actual tools used by doctors and nurses.
