Ted Tinsman and staff are very experienced and a pleasure to work with.  My husband and I filed for Chapter 7 and the worse part was providing all the information and filling out the paperwork.  We would recommend Mr. Tinsman to anyone who wants to pay a fair price and have excellent legal representation for bankruptcy.  Using the payment plan was the only way we could have done it. Ted Tinsman was very efficient with his handling of my case.  His experience allowed him to give me an idea of what to expect in the weeks leading up to the court date as well as the months following.  I would certainly recommend him to anyone else with a similar situation like mine.
