They were very helpful picking out cigars from their wide selection. Prices seemed in line with other stores I've been to around the Houston area. Will go back for sure. Great customer service.

The owners Justin and Jason are very customer oriented. They always greet you as you enter,  are very helpful answering questions, and often make suggestions on different cigars to try based on your preferences. They have a very diverse offering of cigars that are very competitively priced. So glad they are part of the Fairfield small business community.

First time and last time shopper at The Craft Cigar Co. On October 13, 2022 I purchased 2 Boveda  Wooden Holder and some other items worth a total of $168.85. I returned to the store to get my money back for the 2 holders $50 because they wouldn't work with my humidor. The sales clerk told me they were a specialty store and that they do not give refunds. After negotiating, my only option was a store credit. No where in the store did they advertise prices were final or explained when I purchased the items that the sale was final. Be sure you are aware of the store policy before purchasing.

Justin helped me out alot!! Such a great dude and overall a great place, helped me select some great cigars for a newer cigar smoker!! Highly recommend stopping by and supporting these guys out. I'll definitely be going back

Decent selection but they don't really want sell cigars to anyone  but regulars. Literally would not sell me $400 of cigars because I wanted all of them. Shops like this are why internet sales are so strong. Put a sign up if you don't want to the business

Came in today looking for a few cigars This place is helpful very knowledgeable knows what they're talking about one of the best shops I've seen in a very long time I highly recommend this place And Justin is very helpful.

5 stars for the guys who work here! Very relaxed, not pushy. Let me browse the humidor on my own time and pick what I wanted, but also very willing to answer any questions I had. I mentioned that I had a problem with my lighter and would probably need to buy one from him. Instead of pushing me into one of his, he reminded me of Xikar's lifetime warranty and told me how to submit it for repair/replacement. 10 stars for how helpful this guy is every time I'm in there...I bought another Xikar from him on the spot while I deal with the warranty.
