We used Chad Cushman and his partner, Jason Gomez, to cater our Quad Cities wedding on September 12th. The food and service was phenomenal. We got so many comments that it was "the best wedding food I've ever had," and I agreed! We wanted something outside the box, and the food stations they created for us were beyond our expectations. The mac and cheese bar, corn pudding and mashed potatoes were unbelievable. Chad is very laid back and was sometimes slower to respond to emails, but the service he and his team provided on our wedding day was excellent. I highly recommend using Chad and Jason for catering, they delivered everything they promised and more, even during COVID-19.

You can find his food truck Cushman's Food and Engine at the farmer's market on Saturdays. I recommend going down and enjoy the market and getting a crepe or two from him. He has a sweet and a savory on hand. He is extremely friendly and excellent craftsman.

No Crepes!?!? So I go to your food truck the truck of "The Crepe Guy" and you don't serve crepes!?!! Super disappointed. My friends whom I told about you crepes - super disappointed. I'll never follow you to a location again. However, the burger I got was really good - but still, you at least have gotta have one crepe option...

We tried the fish tacos at Codfish Hollow Barnstormers last night and they were amazing!  Friendly people with a good sense of humor, too.  I hope they'll come to Cedar Rapids.
