The good food was excellent (BLT and a Club) and the coffees that we got (Americano and Mocha) were amazing. The lady at the front counter left much to be desired in customer service; however, the lady that made out sandwiches was great. I believe that she was the owner, and acknowledged us throughout the dining experience. Food was great, but pricey but worth going back to.

Fantastic service. They even attempted a tea latte my wife specifically enjoys. And, asked if they made it correctly with concern. Tea is a bit pricey compared to other places, but good tea nonetheless. Try them out.

We stumbled upon this place on our way to a previously visited, noisier coffee shop. We're so glad to have found this place. We love all the menu options and the tea was great. The staff was able to make me a hot tea latte with almond milk and honey so I could avoid sugar. They were kind and knowledgeable about the crooked cup.

As you know, we have plenty of coffee shops here in Cheyenne, but in my opinion the quality of food at any of them do not even compare to The Crooked Cup. The food here is incredible. I usually get a kolache, which if you haven't tried it yet, I would highly recommend it. Also, the staff have always been friendly and helpful. Thanks for coming to Cheyenne!

I love this place! In fact, I live on the opposite side of town and drive past multiple coffee shops just to go here. I am a tad scared though. I am hoping it lasts, but I see that the manager has no issue with calling employees out on mistakes in front of customers(witnessed multiple times), which is completely unprofessional. If he were talking to me like that in front of customers, he would be finding a new employee. I hope they can keep employees so they can stay here for a long, long time. I also had a barrista talk to me like I was stupid, which isn't cool. I understand her explaining the process, but to still try to justify after I told her I understood and I was fine with the outcome, and then not fill my cup completely was a little upsetting as I watched her pour out another half cups worth of what she "over made". I still give 5 stars because the other employees are great and the coffee is to die for!
