The Central House restaurant at the Crown & Anchor offers simple and refined delicious food featuring local, seasonal ingredients in a casual atmosphere. Executive Chef Michele Ragussis has sourced all seafood from local fisherman on Cape Cod and runs an in house butcher program using Kinderhook Farm for whole steers and Roaming Acres Farm exclusively. We always strive to source responsibly raised and grown ingredients. The menu also lends itself to vegetarians and vegans. The Central House is known for its eclectic wine list with a focus on small production wines and lesser-known varietals.
