These people are crooks. I paid them to represent me in a simple traffic ticket case (window tint violation and obstructing). Well I have a medical reason for my window tint therefore I had a doctor's affidavit stating that and since the officer didn't want to honor it I asked to speak to his supervisor and because of that he gave me an obstruction ticket. This officer also illegally obtained my medical records and my lawyer did nothing about this. Well Curry law firm had me see Mr Pendarvis for his representation and he was very inexperienced and I was found guilty on both charges so not only did I have to pay for him to come out to "represent" me I had to pay the tickets. I could have represented myself better but because of hearing good things about them I decided to let them represent me. Pendarvis (the attorney who represented me) has done nothing but lied to me. During my case the officer kept approaching the bench with the attorneys when they were called by the judge, and speaking when he should have not and my inexperienced attorney did nothing about this. I even had proof of my ltv% that was placed on my windows prior to window tinting which is what the judge asked and I told Pendarvis to have the jury go look and he said we would be OK. Even the paralegal that assisted Mr. Pendarvis was telling him to have the jury go look and he said no, he also asked him why was the officer constantly approaching the bench when the judge called for the lawyers and he brushed him off. Well after I lost the case he went downstairs and looked at my car and stood there shocked because what I told him i had he actually saw and had he taken the time to cover all his bars before the trial and had he sent the jury outside we may have won the case. I have attempted to contact Mr Curry on numerous occasions about the poor representation I was provided by his office and he never calls back. Mr Pendarvis told me he filed an appeal on my case and the appeal was denied. I have asked him numerous times to send me proof for my records and he kept saying he mailed them which I never received, because he never did it. If you value your hard earned money stay away from this law firm and go with someone who will represent you and have your best interest at heart and isn't all about taking your money and hanging you out to dry. I expected so much more professionalism from Mr Curry.
