I came here after a racially-ignorant comment at another dance store and so I was hesitant to enter another store. The staff were very helpful/kind and the store had a great deal of adult sizes/selections! I will definitely be returning/recommending.

Such awful customer service. I waited 45 mins to ask for a shoe size. The lady who was helping me was with a family for the while 45 mins, once she got to me she helped two other people and delayed my time and ruined my shopping experience. After all of this...not to mention the family that budged in front of me...they didn't have my shoe size and the wait time to order is 3 weeks. 
I think adults should be helped in between the kids. We know what we want and what size we want. 
It's also important to know that you need to get a number. I wondered around for 15 mins eating till they finally told me to grab a number and wait.

Very helpful fitting my daughter in ballet shoes. I had to take my toddler to the washroom and when I came back they had the right pair (with room to grow & correct width) all ready at the desk for me to pay :). Thank you.

I just walked out of the store with my mom absolutely disappointed.   The worker did not know anything about the dance shoes and would not even ask her manager about the details.  Then she informed us that it was closing time.   Untrained workers loses business,  as a result,  we didn't choose to buy the $200 shoes.
