I had such an amazing experience at the Diamond Mine!  I was traveling (from Palm Beach) and came across this lovely jewelry store.  I had to have my watch fixed while on vacation and they took such great care of me.  Being from Palm Beach, service is a huge thing for me and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating!  They had the repair done in a timely manner and even called when it was finished.  The professionalism and knowledge of the staff really was refreshing.  SUPER HELPFUL KIND AND PATIENT!  If I am ever in town  I will def. pop in even if its to say hi.  I also plan on ordering some pieces in the future from them.  I have MANY choices when it comes to jewelry stores in my area, but I can tell the staff there is fair and knowledgeable and probably can assist me even if I live 1500 miles away!   IF YOU LIVE IN THE AREA! GO!!  YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED

My husband got my engagement ring here and was so impressed with the staff - they were knowledgeable, helpful and extremely easy to work with.  Since then, I've been back a few times to get my ring fixed and again, they are overly helpful.  Easily the best place to buy jewelry - you'll be treated fairly and they won't rip you off.  Highly recommend!

The Diamond Mine is the only place myself, family, and friends will buy jewelry going forward. Jeff made my vision for my engagement ring come alive, and it was better than I could have ever dreamed. He took the time to get to know me, look at pictures I liked, and then created a model. He has this program where you can see exactly what the ring will look like, and make changes as needed. It was a great way for me to be confident in the design of the ring before making any final decisions. It just goes to show the care Jeff has for his clients happiness in the end. He truly made my idea come to life.  The price was unbeatable, the service was beyond professional, and the outcome is pure perfection. I highly recommend going to Jeff, you won't be disappointed!

I've been buying at the Diamond Mine for many years. I first went there approximately 18 years ago to purchase an engagement ring. Both Rob and Jeff were welcoming and patient. They are super knowledgeable about jewelry and, especially, diamonds.  I had to return several times because it was a difficult decision (I mean, I was spending thousands of dollars!).  I never felt pressured. For my final choice, I wasn't completely satisfied with the diamond. I noticed a tiny black spot under the magnifying glass. Rob understood and said he would get me a better diamond. One week later, I returned and he had found me a perfect diamond for the setting I chose. 
Fast forward nearly two decades and I went back for another engagement ring. My girlfriend had chosen some rings off of Amazon to give me an idea of what styles she liked. I printed out her choices and brought them to the Diamond Mine. Jeff was great. He showed several choices based on the style my girlfriend seemed to favor (split shank). I told him my price limit and Jeff put a diamond in the setting. WOW!  I truly could not keep my eyes off the sparkling ring. I knew that it was the perfect engagement ring. 
Rob and Jeff will not try to sell you anything. They will help you choose and buy what you want according to your budget. There's no haggling or B.S.  They've always made me feel comfortable and that I've gotten the best deal possible, anywhere.  Go to any jeweler first. Then go see Rob and Jeff. You'll understand why I won't buy jewelry from anywhere else.
