Brad and Oneyda with TDC couldn't have been more helpful in terms of finding us a policy that met our needs for a reasonable price.  Our requirements were somewhat unique in that my husband needed insurance that would provide coverage for patient care in both outpatient settings and a skilled nursing facility, oversight of midlevel providers, and his work as a medical director.  

It was frustrating searching for a carrier who could meet these needs at a reasonable price.  Oneyda and Brad provided exceptional customer service and were always quick to respond to questions. Keep up the great work--and thanks again!

We have had excellent service over many many years with The Doctors Insurance Agency.  This is now a review one year following the last review:  Our service from The Doctors Insurance Agency just gets better and better!  Thank you especially to Michael Baus, who made a bureaucratic item not a hassle when it could easily been a huge hassle.  Thank you.

My Agent, Ron Sandau, is excellent.  Easily reachable, always helpful.   I was offered another malpractice coverage when I changed employment but kept Doctors Company due to the excellent customer service I always received.

We have had all our offices malpractice insurance coverage through The Doctors Agency for the last several years.   We switched from another well known carrier and what a difference. The service is fantastic.  Kim and Michael and absolutely the best.  TDC rates are the lowest we have seen and they always support us when there is an issue.  I would recommend The Doctors Agency to any physician - solo or group.
