Great and prompt service!    Had a tree root and he knocked it out.

Service was prompt, cleared out the blockage. However, 3 weeks later, I had the same blockage. Thankfully Roto-Rooter has the equipment to find out WHY you have a blockage, instead of blaming it on the wrong brand of toilet paper. I had a cracked pipe that needed replacing.
And to make matters worse, the fellow used a sharp long metal rod probing into my garden area, I discovered today he had punctured my irrigation system line. Called him to talk about the irrigation line puncture, he didn't care.
Call Roto-Rooter.
