What can I say about Drakes that you already don't know? Drakes is the place where friends get together and enjoy both great conversation and good food. The atmosphere is welcoming and fun. Usually late nights at Drakes leads to bad decisions at Buckets around the corner. This is not a bad thing however, but more of an acceptance that the night has come to the inevitable close. Or has it? The staff very cheerful and perky yet always leaving you wanting to stay for more. 4 stars because they are no buckets. A step above your final dive into mild depression and denial. Cheers!

Food was good; not great, but it's a tavern, after all. Staff is very accommodating. We had 7 in our group and they pushed 2 tables together. Waitress was very attentive and friendly.

You can’t choose who you speak to because of color and that is exactly what the waitress did. She acknowledged myself and my boyfriend but completely ignored my girlfriend, who is of color. She looked right past her like she wasn’t even sitting at the table with us. She asked me for my order and as my friend went to speak her order the waitress turned away from her and walked the complete opposite way of her and proceeded to enter my order into the computer. I have never been so upset and embarrassed. That was completely rude and uncalled for. Needless to say we walked right out. 

Let me be clear, Drakes Tavern itself is great, food is great. I personally know the owner Zack,  and he is amazing as well. I came here today for the Eagles game with a couple friends. I’m very disappointed. Never excepted that from Drakes.

Usually great service, but tonight's waitress was god awful. At least the manager did make things right. Unfortunately you can't get back time wasted and cold food for a birthday dinner. Good waitresses make a restaurant. A bad one can make you never want to go back. I felt more wanted by my ex wife than the waitress. Shame

I've been eating at the Drake Tavern for many years. I have never, ever had a bad experience at this place. The food is always wonderfully prepared the servers are always friendly and attentive. And if you're saying to yourself, " Oh, it's just bar food", think again, because it's not.
