This is my favorite book store in Manhattan, KS. They are always getting books brought into the store. Prices are reasonable. I love the smell of the store, smells like a book store should. The store located in Lawrence, KS is also great!

Staff was excellent.  Store is well maintained and the layout was really cool.  Books are sorted fairly well.  There were a few hard to find and pricier books available too.  Comic books and trade paperbacks were basically non-existant with only two small stacks available.

Was in absolute awe from the selection of books and the quiet atmosphere. Would definitely come back to this place. The prices were wonderful.

I went in there looking for a hard to find book.  I tend to come up with those tough situations for some reason.  They didn't have it (sociology text), but they had plenty of other books for sale.  This is a cozy little spot, a few comfy chairs, and even a cat that mostly just hangs out asleep by the door.  Staff was friendly, helpful.  I'm not giving five stars because some people are allergic to cats and that may not sit well with some.  To me, I thought it was fine.
