Great place to live. The management staff is very attentive to the needs of the people living in the community. Maintenance staff is on top of all issues and keeps the property immaculate and well groomed. It is a pleasure to come home to such a beautiful apartment knowing that all needs will be met with a simple phone call to the management office. Definitely, a nice place to call home!

I am a 2 year tenant. I enjoy my living environment very much. The management and service staff are the best. All my experences and interactions have been excellent. They are professional, attentive to my needs and super responsive.

My family and I have lived here for less than a month and this is by far the most poorly managed property that we have ever lived. We signed our lease outside the office and had it mailed in as we were set to arrive after our lease began. Upon arrival no one in the office had any clue that we were to arrive that day, even though there had been multiple emails to that effect, and they had to search for our keys. There does not appear to be any formal workorder system that tenants have access to outside of calling in a problem. Because of this there is no paper trail except emails or call logs. We submitted a workorder 2.5 weeks ago to have our AC fixed as it does not cool, but have yet to receive any contact other than an off-hand comment more than a week ago that they felt it was too cold to fix at that time. With temperatures approaching 90F this week this begins to become a safety issue rather than simple maintenance. While the apartments are nice, neighbors polite, and the leasing office staff pleasant to talk to that does not make up for poor management or understaffing.

I agree with previous person. The staff is extremely rude and has no communication skills. They are scam, i would not recommand this place to my worst enemy. This pretty much say all, how I feel about this people.. Please find other alternative..

One star only because I can't give 0. Absolutely horrible "management." No punctuality, no explanations, no understanding, and no professionalism. I hope that anyone who is thinking about living here reconsiders before it is too late. I look forward to nothing more than the end of my lease.
