I feel like the paralegal I have been assigned is not working for me! I truly hope that I can update with a more positive review when all this is over. So far it's been a long time, and they haven't been able to get the insurance company (accident was totally the other guys fault!) to repay me (and Medicare) for what this accident caused. I've never wanted to get rich off this, and only signed on with an attorney because I was informed it was the only way to get the at-fault fellow's insurance company to quit pestering me at inconvenient times. Shouldn't a simple case of someone running a red light and hitting me be an easy fix to get my expenses paid for? Again, I hope I am able to update this with a more positive review in a few months.
Update - I have now been hearing regularly from the management team. I have been informed about the likely progression of my case going forward. Information like this is very helpful. I wish I could have been treated like that from the beginning. So I'd add another star at this point.  But will still wait to see how effective they can be in getting a settlement that treats me fairly.  Insurance companies can be such a scam!

I went there for a motorcycle accident that I had, lady was ticketed for failure to yield. Apparently my case wasn't a big money case so they passed me to intern.   Constantly called never got any return, then they sent me to some company that's out of state to handle my case. I didn't even know that they sent it to them, they couldn't help me either.  The statue a limitation of two years was almost up, luckily I ran into a real lawyer and within a half a year they settled the case for me. I tell everyone I say not to use this company, and I will constantly say it to everyone I see and meet because they are very unprofessional.

OUTSTANDING law office!! Hands down, this is the most professional law office I've had the pleasure of stepping into in Savannah, Georgia. The attorney,  David Eichholz is extremely helpful & mild mannered & does not live by the 9-5 mindset,  he will assist you at anytime & does not mind answering each and EVERY question asked. There should really be a 10 star option! Leesa Butler is the BEST & sweetest paralegal in the office,  I'd advise you to request her by name!

I thank the Eichholz Law Firm for helping me during my accident. Sherita Fulton and Alicia Williams really had my back the entire time. They worked like a tag team. I have never know an attorney to take a cut for his or her clients, but that's exactly what David Eichholz did for me.... Best Law Firm ever! Thank you to the entire Eichholz team.
