This place is run down, terrible service we waited for 40 min at the table and never even got our drinks while other tables after us did. All of the tables were littered with garbage and only quickly wipped off after ppl were seated at it. Our table was so wobbly we could not even rest an arm on it without the fear of dumping everything off of it.

Cool place... classics on the wall.  I got here for breakfast... had the Italian omelet... not expecting it,  but it was good.  It had a sweet meaty spaghetti sauce.  Never thought those two would pair..  but it did.  What reminded me of my sweet grandma in her best grandma years was my server.  So sweet.  Price was cheap too.  I like it.

A very pleasant surprise while traveling. Food and service were great, salad bar was small but very good. I'll make it a point to stop there next year on the same trip.

This place has a devoted following--I first heard about this restaurant when I was in Colorado.  In addition to typical cafe fare (burgers, sandwiches), they serve excellent seafood.  The walleye, deep fried in a very light soybean oil, is without parallel. Service is fast and attentive.

Not part of the Embers chain.  Credit cards not accepted.

Small-town cafe ambiance with an impressive collection of antique lunchboxes.  Recommended for an afternoon away from the urban chaos of Omaha/Council Bluffs.

Very very nice meal. Excellent staff, good food, clean facility. For a little family dinner I am impressed.  thank you for the great experience!
