We have been with this company for almost 5 years. Missed only one (1) payment due to loss of employment but we let them know before payment was due and made other arrangements. In February our vehicle was totaled. In June we made a payment of $1000 but before paying they informed us that we would not need to make another payment till September if we paid that amount. We took the agreement and arranged our finances around that and was able to purchase another vehicle.  We are now in July receiving multiple calls a day demanding a payment. They are dishonest and not a company that stands by their word and in business your word should be your bond.  I do not recommend them and would not recommend them AT ALL!!!!

I'm grateful I got a nice loan from this place but now they charged me 2 fees because the "payment" didn't go through when I can clearly show on my transactions I paid it a week or couple of days earlier, so why does it even have to go through again or why are they trying to process another payment? Don't get a loan here time you want to avoid paying extra fees.

I love the customer service. I have no problem with them. Unfortunately my interest rate is very high, but that's no ones fault but my own. They have worked with me a lot.
