This place is awful. The worst part is the communication between people. Everyone tells you a different story. For some reason they charged us a late fee, even though payment arrangements were made, and then postponed the fee for one month, so two nonsensical late fees were built up, with no communication that late payments were even going to be applied. The payments were never later than the agreed upon arrangement. Then the branch manager got an attitude and was confused as to why we were confused. We were never late on payments or missed any. Their customer service is awful. If you can avoid them, please do.

You do not want to use this company. I highly recommend you don't their interest rate is astronomical and will screw you over in the end. If you can't pay your car and you're 30 days late they will repo it and then send you court papers shortly thereafter they are ridiculous and fast with that and all they do is screw you over. Their average interest rate is 31.9%  you'd be better off going to a bank or a place that has a credit repair program stay clear of these criminals they deserve to be shut down with criminal acts that they have done. Don't waste your time with these Crooks I wish I could give them a negative star review.

i have a car loan with them they will sen this repo guy who has a gun cuz he point his gun too my head and the plat number is x51 4za so if you see this truck white dodge tow truck  repoing your car or truck call 911 first
