Saw 38 special here a couple of years ago, and just as other reviews, seating is VERY tight, side to side and front to back, Not to mention, the seating is just folding chairs like you might find at a fire hall. Very hard to get in and out to get drinks or go to the Restroom. If you are more than halfway back, better to take seats in the rear bleachers, at least it puts you up  above floor level.

While the theater venue is quaint and professional, the casino may consider diverting theater traffic on a different route other than through the cigarette smell wafting about the slot machine floor.  Also, seating in the entertainment center is cramped and unaccommodating.  Stretching your legs means hitting the seat in front of you.  Sitting with your back against the seat means pressing shoulders with those on either side of you.  You go to see world-class performers; you remember feeling painful cramps throughout the show.

Hollywood casino's event center is the worst place to go see entertainment, because it does not have stadium seating. I attended once and I could barely see the person on stage  because I was sitting behind a big headed man.  Shame on Hollywood casino for cheeping out on their entertainment venue!   With all the money they make, it's disgraceful that they would build such a cheap  entertainment auditorium!!!  You failed your patrons Charles Town Hollywood Casino!    I hope you correct it, because we all know how much money you make from your patrons!!!
