Super friendly staff at the front desk, very patient with my questions about looking into selling old CD's and vinyl. There was actually variety than I had anticipated with a huge selection beyond just music.

The database for all Record Exchanges was helpful, when they realized that the location I was at did not have in stock what I was looking for, they searched other locations to find it for me.

The guy working the front desk was also helpful in sharing a place online that he frequents to find market value for old records and CD's, and was very well-versed in the genre I was looking to find more information about.

PRO-TIP: visit during non-peak hours, and you are very likely to have a conversation with staff beyond locating an item. They were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Great selection and extremely helpful staff. There's always new things coming in and locations coordinate for a well-balanced selection of games, collectibles, comics, movies, CDs and records.

I'm super happy to support The Exchange over someplace like GameStop. Good collection of retro games here, like at all their locations. Also a good selection of newer titles. I feel bad for the sales associates 'cause they get really backed up when they're busy, but you can't really plan around that as a customer; they're mostly not busy, so just stop in.
