Called them for help. Guy says he's booked for the weekend but recommends a colleague, who in turn quotes me $30 to fix a leaky faucet and scheduled a time for when he got done with church. Long- story short: No call, no show, and a vague request with no apology to reschedule for the following day after several hours of leaving me wondering what was going on. Guy even had the audacity to lie to his friend who recommended him that I'd only offered him $30, even though it was him that gave me that quote in the first place! It was like dealing with children, not professionals. Either way, I wouldn't entrust this outfit to hammer a nail into a wall.
