We've been going to see Dr. Rodriquez for years now. The staff is very helpful and friendly and both Dr. Rodriquez and Dr. Putnam are helpful and knowledgable.

Never got my prescription right in my glasses or husbands for 4 months. I learned contacts better elsewhere. The lady teaching that wanted to go to lunch and have me come back later. Horrible experience. Better with Dr. Eck in Shawnee KS.

Overall pleased. Found a great pair of prescription sunglasses that I wanted. There was a discount because I had purchased a pair of regular glasses at a different location that week. They were still quite expensive so I wanted some time to decide. They had no problem with me coming back. I came back less than 48 hrs later to purchase them. Unfortunately the discount was no longer valid for that brand. I left quite frustrated UNTIL one of the doctors called me back. He said they would honor what I was told and they completed the order over the phone. I truly appreciate people who stand by their word. We all live by policies and rules. I was glad to see this one was bent to do what was right for the customer. I will gladly be back.

This office's customer service is awful. last year they ordered the wrong size frames and with the reorder it took me more than a month to get my glasses. This year I had to call them 16 days from my order date only to find out that there was a problem at the lab and that it could take another week to get my glasses. So why no call from them to inform me of this. When I asked them this question they offer no other explanation. I have been seeing Dr Rodriguez for over ten years at various different locations. Now he is associated with this lousy staff. They have left me no other choice but to seek out a new doctor.
