My husband and I came to The Factory for almost a year now and have been very pleased with this facility.  From cleanliness, staff, members (from different fitness level), classes, and especially Kevin whose taught us how to improve our overall fitness level.  
I would like to personally THANK Kevin!!!! for helping me.  He's trained me for about six months now since I've re injured myself from martial arts. I've been in better shape now and do things that I've never thought I could do.  Every new move I've learned from Kevin and when I think I have it down.  He'll step it up a notch!!  He can come across as being intimidating, but I have to tell you he's a SWEET BIG TEDDY BEAR!!  When he's training me, from Chaos class, to personal one-on-one, He's a Beast!!!  But that's what I want in a trainer and instructor.  Chaos is not your typical gym class...... it's functional training, not boring, and I can pretty much say......it's not the same class twice!!  He'll surprise you!!!! Check out The Factory.... you won't be disappointed!!!!

The Factory offers a workout for all fitness levels in a clean, friendly, and welcoming environment.  Whether you are just starting out, need a fitness jump start, or perhaps a gym regular, this facility is top-notch in providing daily challenging workouts that can only produce positive results.  I have been a member for two years now and still enjoy the challenge, hard work, fun, and sense of community with the other members at The Factory!

I started Kevin's Semi-Private class about 2 months ago. This wasn't to lose weight but to overall become more fit. I feel better than I have in years, stronger, more focused, etc. Kudos to Kevin and The Factory. It's a great place.

I am a 39 year old mom of three and wanted to lose weight and build strength.  Kevin has helped me achieve this and more!  I can't thank him enough and I can't recommend the Factory enough!!  If you want results, Kevin the man to see!

If you want to learn how to get in shape and stay in shape the Factory is for you. The owner Kevin is an expert trainer and helped me get back in shape after many years. The facility is clean and has all the various types of training machines you could ever need. I've been a member for 3 years and love it there.
