Just recently moved to the area, made an appointment for the first time with Freddie. I arrived ten minutes early and was told Freddie was on his way. I waited almost thirty minutes for him to show up!! There was only one  person working in the shop and she had no clients (didn't know if she had any coming). I let her know, if Freddie didn't show up (giving him a 15 min grace period) she could cut my son's hair. As I sat there, she went to the back and I never saw her again. I just left! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Pretty good place to get a haircut. They've got a great staff with varied backgrounds & specialties for your specific hair type or needs. Appointments are recommended, but not required. Cash only.
