Here's what you really want to know

We have 6 rooms, 4 with King beds, two with Queens
3 of our rooms are suites that sleep up to three or four people
All of our rooms have private en suite bathrooms
A buffet breakfast is served every day from 7:30am - 11:00am.
Each room has an HDTV with free Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime

I can't recommend this quaint Bed and Breakfast highly enough. The Fairview is tucked away in a lovely little neighborhood in which you would never expect to find a turn-of-the-century estate, and is a five minute walk from Austin's wonderful South Congress Avenue.

The grounds and house itself is remarkably well maintained, and the attention to detail is spectacular. They have clearly spared no expense in ensuring that their patrons' comfort is priority #1. I trusted them with hosting a very important evening for my partner and I and I could not have been more pleased with the result. You can tell the people that work there are very passionate about serving the guests. This will definitely be my first recommendation for bed and breakfasts in Austin!

My husband and I stayed two nights at the Fairview while visiting family in Austin.  It is a beautiful, immaculate property in a quiet, lovely neighborhood.  The Innkeepers, Jimmy and Vivian, could not have been more welcoming.  Vivian is a wonderful cook and breakfast includes amazing homemade oat bread, fresh fruit, homemade yogurt and granola, and excellent gourmet coffee. Certainly one of the best BnB's that we've ever visited.

A nice, quiet, bed and breakfast in a neighborhood located about two miles from downtown.  If you stay here, you instantly have close access to the majority of the main attractions to see while you're in Austin.   
Everything from the state capital to the musuem and 6th Street.
Your hosts are very accommodating, and will do their best to assist you while you stay with them.  Other than that they will stay out of your way and let you do what you will.

Our stay was very pleasant and really made the whole weekend we were in Austin that much better.
We highly recommend!

We loved staying at the Fairview and would highly recommend to anyone who comes to Austin that they stay at this beautiful historic gem, nestled in the most peaceful and uniquely wonderful neighborhoods in Austin - conveniently located near all the best places in Austin (near downtown, near congress street, near the river) Jimi and Vivian are so welcoming and ensure your stay is the best! The rooms are super clean along with the entire Inn! The bathrooms are luxurious and anything you need as far as accommodations go, they provide and go above and beyond your expectations. They have the most up to date technology making everything simple & easy yet still this inn maintains its historic charm! The breakfast is fresh, filing and a great meal to get your day started for a fun packed stay in Austin. We can't wait to come back to Austin and when we do we will stay at the Fairview again!

We just went up to Austin for an evening and spent the night at the Fairview. I have nothing but the highest recommendations for the place. Our room (Live Oak Suite) was spectacular and the proprietors were as nice as can be. Location is perfect for just about anything anyone would be doing in central Austin. Another subtle perk was parking; parking has become a hassle all over Austin but they have a very spacious parking lot on-site so there is no worries about towing or parking tickets.
