Finding a group of doctors that all genuinely care about their patients was hard to find! I've gone to this clinic since college at UNT so I've had to see all of them at least once. They're always personable and I never have to wait! I'd give 10 stars if I could.

We had a great experience at this clinic. From my first phone call with the receptionist to the nurse and then when we saw Dr Randy Martz. My husband had to go to er on a sunday for bladder and they put a catheter in. They gave us a dr to follow up with and said to go see him on Monday. Because we were a new patient we would have to wait 10days and told us the catheter had to stay in for 10days. The infection was clearing up with the meds they gave us and was better by Monday. I called 10 doctors and none of them would see him before 10 days.I was upset because I read that they have lots of bacteria and should be cleaned and changed etc. The one the er gave us was cheap leaked would not stay on his leg and he had to hold it on when he walked and they said he could wear it to work. REALLY!!! and I could not even go to a medical store and get a better bag so if we could not get in to see a doc and he had to wear it everything would be cleaned and stay on while he walked because you have to have a prescription from a doctor to even buy that stuff. REALLY!! Anyway I finally tried Family Practice and they listened to my problem and went and spoke to the Dr Martz and he gave us an appointment for the next morning and I did not talk to them till 2 pm. Everyone was very nice and had experience and answers to all of our questions and concerns. The doctor took out the catheter because most of the infection you could see had cleared up and it would have been crazy to leave it in for 10 days. Not to mention the bacteria it carries and new infections it can create. He recommended a urologist to follow up with after he had finished the antibiotic to see if every thing was ok and to make sure it was nothing more serious. We have change to start using the clinic and Dr Martz for other services we will need in the future. I am a caregiver for a living so I would not stop til I found a doc to see him. God knows what happens to those poor people that would have believe the referral doctor and the er and ended up wearing a painful embarrassing catheter that would not stay up when they walked and have to miss a week of work probably un paid because they think that the doctor was right. I want to thank the staff and the dr randy martz for making my life and his back to normal again. Jill Jurica and Dirck Gaynier

Worst doctor office I've ever visited. Worse than the VA. They have a huge turnover, and the people you talk to have very little medical knowledge, which makes having a conversation with them nearly impossible. When I finally couldn't take it anymore, I told the doctor I did not want to continue going there. At that point, Dr. Scott spitefully refused to provide what I had already paid for. He is no longer a doctor trying to help patients, rather a person who only wants your money. He needs to retire. If you're looking for disrespectful and unprofessional, this is the place.

Nothing but good things to say about The Family Doctors. The wait time is short and the staff is knowledgeable and caring. Would highly recommend to anyone to use as their long-term family care.

I have gone there for years, they are one of the few that accept my insurance. Last week I went in for an appointment because I had not felt well for a while. The nurse took my vitals, walked out of the room and told my Practioner, "Your not gonna believe this one." She went on to discuss my problems loud enough that I heard the entire conversation 3 doors down, I'm sure every patient on my hall heard this! Kim is Great and Jason is Great, but they really need thicker walls or to train their staff!!!
