Dr. Austin and his NP are amazing and really on top of everything. The nursing staff try really hard to make you feel comfortable and taken care of.

I’m coming here to transition (mtf) and they’ve been very helpful, helping me direct my own program. I decided on an atypical estrogen monotherapy, and they worked with me to make that happen. The day that I went in was the day that I was able to find a source for injectable EV prescription.

Suuuper friendly people, can do in-house levels monitoring.

This place is awesome. Dr. Austin is amazing, he's just a great guy and very, very knowledgeable and couldn't be more compassionate. We instantly felt very comfortable around him and his staff is great as well. I would definitely recommend this place!

waited for 4 months for my appointment the day finally came and drove 3+ hours to get there, got there way before my appointment time only to find out that there was a mess up on their end that my appointment got canceled and couldn't fit me in. I called to talk to a manager and she got briefed on the issue and said if i came back they MIGHT be able to get me in around noon. when my scheduled time was 10:45 am.
