Brian M. Fishman is a Philadelphia trial lawyer. He has been practicing for over 12 years and his primary focus is on the defense of individuals charged with criminal offenses. He also represents those injured by the negligence of others in car accidents and premise liability cases, those served to appear in Philadelphia Family Court for Protection from Abuse Orders, custody, support or divorce cases and those wrongfully accused of criminal offenses or victims of police brutality or excessive force by law enforcement. Mr. Fishman practices in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks and Chester Counties. From 2001-2005, he was an Assistant District Attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office. He prosecuted thousands of criminal cases and served in the elite Family Violence & Sexual Assault Unit where he prosecuted those charges with rape, sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual assault, possession of child pornography, child abuse and domestic violence. From 2005-2013, Mr. Fishman worked in private practice as an associate at David S. Nenner & Associates. If I could give more stars I would! So I was charged with a summary citation and was told by the officer there would be NO criminal record. To my shock I discovered that I would have a criminal record and it could not be expunged for another 5 years. I found Brian and he did a free consultation. I had spoken to several other lawyers, but they were impatient and did not want to hear too many details. Not Brian, he listened to in great detail every aspect of my situation and my case. This is before I even paid him one dime. I went in to meet him. He and his staff are incredibly warm and cordial. Brian is a meticulous person and covered every aspect of my case and defense. He took all my calls and would answer every single question I had, never said he was busy or anything like that. In the courtroom he was very good, very tough and perceptive. He went after the prosecution's case on every point they tried to make. When I was worried about my case he would give comfort and aid, me being the paranoid person I am. The judge gave a quick Not Guilty and we were done. Now my case is being expunged as we speak. No record for me! Even though it was a small issue, Brian tried the case as if the stakes were high. He presented my defense, objected when the prosecution played with the truth, and was relentless in cross examination. This is who you want on your side. This is the type of lawyer you need when you find yourself in trouble. He is the real deal. I wish I could find more to say but I cannot sell you how much of a help he was during the trial and the weeks leading up to it. Brian is an A+ lawyer and his fees are very fair given the high standard lawyer he is. He is an Ivy League grad with numerous awards for his practice. He is worth every penny! If you're ever in need I cannot recommend anyone better!

"Not guilty"! That's what Brian lawyer has won for this court trial for me, which is definitely a perfect home run. Completely cleaned up all the allegations against me. A year ago, because I decided to divorce, the end of an inappropriate marriage, caused my ex-wife crazy revenge and framed, accusing me of domestic violence. At this time I hired Brian as my lawyer, during which Mr. Brian Fishman performed very professional skills and efforts, as well as extremely patient. Very timely for me to communicate by email, phone, meet. And in court successfully carried out a very wonderful defense for me, exposing the plaintiff a lot of lies, made the plaintiff look completely incredible.Eventually won "Not Guilty" disposition for all 5 charges against me.The judge found me "not guilty" of all charges and therefore the case is over. Facts have proved that looking for a good lawyer is to get the best protection of your rights and interests, examples also prove that, Brian is certainly such a good lawyer.

Brian Fishman's professionalism and attention to detail resulted in a just result for our family. My husband was falsely accused of a crime. The first lawyer we hired wanted him to plead guilty just to "get off with a few months of community service, since there were no prior arrests". Brian on the other hand read and understood all the information available, organized his questions, and questioned everyone in the courtroom so it was clear who was telling the truth and who was lying. He is a smart man doing a good job to make the truth clear. I recommend him without reservation.

Brian successfully defended me in a 2016 criminal case in Philadelphia in which a young female neighbor falsely accused me of aggravated assault (strangulation), an accusation that was supported by her boyfriend who claimed to have witnessed the incident. Since I had known the woman for several months I was able to provide Brian with evidence questioning her credibility. Brian took time to clearly explain the intricacies of each step in the court proceedings. At trial Brian demonstrated a very high level of mastery of criminal law proceedings to introduce evidence despite the objections of the prosecution. Brian systematically demolished the testimony of the three prosecution witnesses: the arresting officer, the plaintiff and her boyfriend. I strongly endorse Brian Fishman for any criminal matters you may be facing. Be assured you will be retaining a high caliber attorney with a great sense of humor as well.

Brian Fishman is a honest, sincere and incredibly thorough attorney who stands by us right from initial conversation and all the way through the closure of case. He is very professional with communication, setting expectations, dealing with different parties involved etc. Few months back, there were some false charges levied against me and Brian was able to highlight the missing information with discovery and has worked with DA to make them withdraw the charges- even before going to the trial. Though the whole process took couple of months- we were very comfortable dealing with Brian and the way he handled the things for us. He is very responsive no matter what time it is. He made me feel very comfortable, like family so to speak. All our family, who went through a lot throughout this period is grateful to Brian and I wish there was more stars available to rate him. He has been very trustworthy and I highly recommend Brian for any one looking for a legal help around Philadelphia area with criminal cases.
