The Fit Stop is a great gym that has a lot to offer in one location. It is a great place to work out.

By far the best gym in Heber. The staff is always attentive to the members! I am an early morning gym goo-roo most the time and some mornings are a little harder to be motivated then others UNTIL I'm greeted EVERY morning by whoever is at the front desk. Gets a little busy from 5 pm to about 7 pm. Mornings are also busy from opening to about 8 am! They have gotten more equipment and I am super excited about the changes! More room from growth!! Also, the lovely ladies that clean the facility do an AMAZING job. Its always so so clean.

Such a motivational community type setting here, the rock wall, sauna, and group classes are my favorites!!

Fantastic place to work out. The membership prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is great. A pass includes all the equipment, all group classes during the week in yoga, cycling, Zumba, etc. Along with a small therapy pool and a rock wall. 
My wife and I love the classes, sense of community, equipment and staff here.

The PT staff has been really great, helping me rehab through two hip replacements and most recently lower back surgery. Tyler really knows his stuff!
