I am a general contractor and work with a lot of other contractors, so I know good ones from bad ones.  The Flat Roof Company is excellent.  One of the most professional companies I have had the pleasure of dealing with.  Always a courteous timely response. I spoke directly to the owner Anthony, several times. I was impressed with his commitment to make sure that the job was done right and any questions I had were answered  Once scheduled, the job was done in a matter of days.   Anthony  visited the job site and emailed me photos of the new roof.  I personally went on the roof to inspect it and was very impressed with the quality of the workmanship.  If you need a new flat roof on your building, I would highly recommend  The Flat Roof Company.  I am extremely satisfied!

Top notch from start to finish.  Showed up with a professional crew and got the job done efficiently.  You would not have even known they were there except for the new professional flat roof that they installed.  Great communication from Jacob who bid the job to the warranty and paid receipt at the end.

So far stands up for their work.  I really appreciate that Anthony the owner repaired a leak caused by a falling bullet for free. Good company good work.

The Flat Roof Company installed a wind-vented TPO roofing system over the existing flat roof of my industrial, commercial building. The installation was excellent. The 20-year guarantee against leaks provides peace of mind. Very good price for what I got. After getting quotes from several other companies the owner of The Flat Roof Company proposed the best solution for my roof and the cost was about 40% less than what other companies had proposed.

From the time I e-mailed my accepted quote to the Flat Roof Company to the time I had a brand new roof was approximately 23 hours. And this wasn't anywhere near an emergency! I've never experienced a company this responsive and proactive - it's a nice change of pace! Our new TPO roof is sturdy and leak-free. Anthony and his team, Jacob, and Deanna all did an amazing job; from customer service to communication, this was hands-down the easiest home improvement project we've ever had done. Thanks so much!!
