Placed my order a week ago to be delivered for my mother's birthday on February 4th. I received a call today, the day it was to be delivered, that it was going to be an extra $10 because it's so close to valentines day. The owner, Robin Benhorin, admitted that her employee made the mistake but there was nothing she could do about the price increase. It's your company and your employee made the mistake of course you can do something!  Great "customer service." So I had to decide between being extorted on the day of delivery or have my mother go without flowers for her birthday. I don't even live in the state so I had no other options. The owner was unsympathetic and I do not recommend anyone going here.

We placed order over phone.  Florist very informative.  Prompt delivery same day.  Arrangement was as pictured and the recipient was very pleased as were we when we received the picture which she forwarded to us.
