Ever since the new owner to go over a couple years ago they have had a major turn around, you can clearly see by the reviews after she took over everything is five stars! It's really not fair the previous owners reviews are still on here but all I can say is go in and let them prove themselves! Amazing products with stellar service and unbeatable prices; you can't go wrong here unless you just don't go!

The flowers I received were dead. When I called to get them replaced they didn't seem to care and argued. Refused refund as well

You know what blows my mind? Deployed soldiers are now getting ripped off by local Florists! The Flower Bin Florist by Amber I would LOVE to say how this company sucked ALL the romance out of what my husband was trying to do for me. My husband ordered me the DELUXE package of pink roses online. The premium is the simple DOZEN roses, the deluxe is obviously TWO DOZEN. When they arrived and surprised me it was great until my husband returned from mission early and brought it to my attention that it was suppose to be TWO DOZEN pink roses. So, I called the company and she told me I was wrong and there was some misunderstanding with what my husband ordered AND that it is normal to be charged $97 for a DOZEN pink roses and for the delivery charge. I couldn't understand how a DOZEN pink roses would cost almost $100. So the woman explained to me that, 'well a DOZEN red roses cost $72." She said, "it is right here on the receipt" and said that she could only TEXT me a picture of the receipt. While waiting for the receipt I then proceeded to log onto his online account he made with the flower company and saw that he did order the DELUXE package which is far more than 12 roses. On the receipt that was sent to me it read from the owner: "SELECTION GUIDE PRODUCT T4-1B-Luxury Upgrade: Make Me Blush -Dozen Long Stemmed Pink Roses -" BUT the company decided for whatever reason to take a big black sharpie marker and circle this description on their invoice and MARK OUT the very end that says DELUXE! She had no explanation what so ever when I asked her why she circled it. I also asked, "why did you mark out the word deluxe?" She responded very snooty, "it's a circle"; I then stated, "well your CIRCLE is marking out part of the order!" She originally tried to refund my husbands $20 but instead charged us another $20, now owing us $40! I went up there TODAY a little after noon to find out the rest of their flaws and get refunded, which I am still waiting for it to hit my bank. Because I was so persistent and investigated his online purchase I was able to catch them in their lies. What infuriates me the most isn't the money, it makes me question how many soldiers have they done this to that disgusts me! So be VERY aware that this business will try to CHEAT ANYONE! Even one of our own DEPLOYED SOLDIERS!
