I have never had a problem with this little boutique. However, my friend who I referred her to this florist made and order and was not impressed, but said the arrangement was fine.  The owner replaced the bouquet the next day and went overboard because she felt bad. This is the place to go for me. If there is a certain flower, she will get it for me.  If it's just a because event & I need it for the next couple of days, she will say, "I don't have that today, but I will be getting a fresh batch tomorrow". I couldn't ask for a better florist than Marni !

I ordered the TeleFloras polka dots & posies. A gift to my long time friend who graduated in Humboldt State. 2017. I wasnt satisfied with the flower bouquet quality.

I've been ordering back to school bouquets for many years & have been very pleased with the arrangements delivered. I'm often out of state so phone in my order, always well treated. I've also gone in person for flowers to meet the voice on the phone - like greeting an old friend. They keep notes on the types of flowers I like, colors, & long lasting. I tried other florists in the area, keep coming back to The Flower Boutique. Just finished ordering an arrangement to be delivered tomorrow, to celebrate my daughters birthday.

Was pretty rude.  Spoke over me a couple of times while I was trying to describe what I wanted.  Quickly took on a somewhat condescending tone.  After I was able to describe the type of flower she asked me what I was "looking for".  I asked "In terms of numbers?" and she said "Uh, noooooooo...like do you want a dozen or what?".  Did not like her tone and she obviously wasn't listening to me.  I pointed out that was actually what I was asking and let her know I would look elsewhere.
