For a funeral on Tuesday, I ordered flowers on Monday.  I called my local florist to have them delivered to the funeral home in time for the service.  My ordered was rejected by Flower Shoppe for being $3 shy of the minimum, I get a phone call telling me this.  That's okay, I order more to fulfill the minimum requirement.  Order is sent through again.  Half hour before the service is to begin, no flowers.  I called.  They didn't "check their orders on the machine" this morning and didn't see it and "can't get them to the funeral home by the 1 o'clock service".  What?  No checking for orders when you come into the shop in the morning?  So, here I am, no flowers sent to the service because of this?   Being out of town I wanted these flowers sent to the service so, yes.. I'm quite irritated.

CC company declined payment; It was a mistake; I thought I had it all cleared up with a telephone call myself, however, received a visit from my neighbor this afternoon saying youall were looking for me! I am sending via USPS a check for the full amount of the flowers ordered-53.00. Of course you have the right to be paid but my privacy was indeed invaded and I am quite upset over it. YOur check will leave my person this afternoon and should reach you no later then Wednesday.
