I ordered a teddy bear and a balloon from a flower website. I didn't know what florist it would be coming from but the order I requested was a brown teddy bear with a get well balloon. What was received was a white valentine's bear with a 4.95 price tag on it. The bear was cute but not what ordered and especially for what I paid to have a 4.95 tag on it was frustrating. 
i also attempted to call the contact information on the tag. It said I could call 24 hours a day and it was later in the evening and when I reached someone they asked me why I was calling at 9pm and informed them the note said 24 hours. I just felt my order wasn't important them. But I did contact the online company I originally purchased from the next day and they took care of me. 
If I would considering ordering from here I would go to the actually shop to ensure I got what I wanted.

Cindy and her team did a PHENOMINAL job with all of the flowers for our July 15 wedding. The flower centerpieces received so  much praise from our guests. I even caught people (including the guys) touching them to see if they were real! The day after the wedding, I hung my bouquet upside down to dry. Eleven days later, my bouquet still looks amazing! Cindy really has a passion for flowers and it shows. She worked with our bakery to have fresh flowers placed on our cake. She arrived in plenty of time on the wedding day to make sure centerpieces, table displays, bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages arrived on time and were fresh. When setting up the centerpieces, she went above and beyond to make sure everything else in the reception area was setup properly and reported back to me! Just an extra added touch and to hear how wonderful everything looked was great to hear. I would highly recommend using The Flower Studio for any and all floral needs!

Thank you Thank You Flower Studio for not only calming down a nervous Mom of a son attending his first ever Dance, but more importantly for being so knowledgeable, encouraging, and the flowers are absolutely beautiful!!!!

Would not recommend ordering online, Received bouquet that was Well below expectations( Low quality flowers  with minor damage) but still pretty.  To keep it simple, I would not  select flowers in that condition if I were picking up directly from the store. I think they may have good flowers, but the customer would need to hand pick each flower and filler for there bouquet ( and watch for damages/ wilting). Ideally you would trust the shop to take care of this for you, but It has the quantity over quality feeling when it comes to order. I've only order there once. Sucks because I'm new to the area and was just hoping to find an awesome local Go to flower shop. I have a great wife who deserves lots of flowers. On to the next shop I guess or Giant Eagle :)
