The Flynn Law Firm is and will continue to be my first choice for any legal service needs. Robert Flynn makes any stressful situation manageable. In addition to being incredibly knowledgable and thoughtful, Mr. Flynn is reliable and prompt. In any legal matter I think it's important to have someone who is realistic yet ambitious. Mr Flynn is both. He tells you like it is but knows how to push for the most favorable outcomes. He's also very thorough in detailing what your options are, so going into any decision on next steps you have all variables and scenarios to think through with his expert opinion on each. I highly recommend the Flynn Law firm.

I live in Texas and had a matter that needed help in MO.  I contacted Robert and he helped my get the matter resolved very timely. I thought I was going to have to spend a lot more but Robert was very fair and even helped me cut down on my expenses.  I would recommend him to anyone from MO or anywhere else!!!

Chad O'Neil has been both my attorney and my husband's attorney. From the very beginning, Chad is an extremely good listener. He does not simply give orders and try to get you in and out quick. He spent a lot of time with us personally, and working on our cases. Everything he did had significant purpose; he did nothing that seemed to be a waste of our time or money. He also got every task accomplished far faster than expected. Going in to court, he was very professional and handled our cases very well. In the end, my husband and I were extremely happy with the outcomes. To be honest, we cannot recall anything we were unhappy with. While we hope to never need their services again in the future, if we do end up with a need, we feel confident that we will be well taken care of.

Mr. Flynn is a gracious and an unbelievable human being. I was referred to Mr. Flynn's law firm by an individual who had him as an attorney and said he was the best. I did not get the pleasure of working with Mr. Flynn, but blessed to have the opportunity to work with Mr. O'Neill. Mr. O'Neill is an awesome person to work with!! 
On day one, Mr. O'Neill told me he was on my side and no matter what, he would do whatever I felt needed to be done to feel that I got a fair deal out of my situation. Mr. O'Neill never once made me feel as if my request were outrageous nor was any question stupid. I personally believe that if I asked Mr. O'Neill to fight tooth and nail for me, he would have done so without blinking and without question. It was an amazing working relationship and to have an attorney treat you as a human and not a pay check, was a relief. When I needed to speak frankly, Mr. O'Neill let me do so without a word from him. When I needed direction, Mr. O'Neill gave me a sense of direction, but in the end, it was my choice what to do. Let  me be honest, I can go on for days about how awesome I think The Flynn Law Firm is, specifically Mr. Flynn and Mr. O'Neill, but I think that review would be overwhelming for other to read, so in short, I will never take my business anywhere else and I would referral anyone to Flynn Law Firm, yes, they are that good!! I my opinion, they are the intellectually superior to anyone else in the business.

Dont waste your time cuz he will waste yours. Cost me 2 months and 9000.00 dollars in lost money. Went in feb 23rd talked to justin (who left the firm and i dont blame him). Robert flynn talked to me on the phone after a 2 week no call from his office. He apologized and said hed do everything he could to get this done for me. Well his idea and myne of getting things done are drastically different. 2 months later and nothing of significance done he sends my check back to me telling me he is overloaded. So much for the lawyer ethics code. I called once a week for 6 weeks and got the run around by his waste if space receptionist. Got 1 phone call back from him telling me he got one thing done and funny it was wrong. So now i gotta waste more time finding another lawyer who hopefully do it the right way and not overcharge me for him screwing up and wasting 8 weeks of time i could have been working. Then his letter to me states that per our conversations lol of which in 8 weeks we spoke twice i wanted things done faster than his firm could get them done because his caseload doubled. Didnt even have the courtesy to call me even after i left several messages to find out what was going in with my issue and to find out how much time he needed to get things done. Pisses me off when people lie about what they are gonna do and then do the total opposite. Find another firm. He will treat you the same.
