If you have a Ford product and you live in the South Bay you must come to this Ford store.  Their sales and service departments are open 7 days a week. Yes, you've read that right. That means you can drive your car off on Friday  and pick it up the same day or Sunday. This place is huge and the dealership departments are always customer service oriented assisting the customer with smiles and solutions to your vehicles. They also work on/repair other the vehicle types as well.

I want to say thank you to Ryan (Service Manager) at The Ford Store.  I recently had service done The Ford Store, but it wasn't completely  satisfied with the work that was done on my car. I was so impressed with how professional Ryan was with dealing with me in my frustrated state.  To say Ryan and his team took care of the problem is an understatement.  They went above and beyond to quickly address the issue, find a solution and get me back in my car as soon as possible.  I am very pleased with the Service Team at The Ford Store and will continue to bring my car to them because their prices are fair, the service is timely and, as Ryan has demonstrated, they stand behind their work.  Thank you Ryan.

David Gutierrez was great.  He is kind, patient and professional. I love my car, the price was great and the entire dealership felt friendly and comfortable. I saw other sales people working with customers and they, too, were friendly. Stop by and ask for David - you will be happy with his service!

Sebastian was very helpful and got me a great deal. The finance manager Tony Castro got me out quick and made sure I was taken care of. Next time you want to get a car buy from Ford Morgan hill and ask for Sebastian.

They started out helpful and nice, but it appeared that the assisted driver package had one of the features not working. After we made the deal, they said it was fixed, and my husband drove an hour back to pick up the car, we find that this feature is not included! This should have been known, by the sales people. It took way too long to cancel the deal.
