Stayed here several years ago and the townhouse was great.  Since then they have deteriorated.  Furniture is broken.  Holes in walls.  Blinds broken.  Dead shrubbery and trees around grounds.  Maintenance doesn't show up when requested.  Very disappointed.  Would not recommend anymore.

Accommodations are awesome and it’s close to Disney World. We stayed in a 3-bedroom air conditioned home with a beautiful kitchen and garage to park in. It was perfect for our family. We’ve stayed in a few other places around while visiting Disney but this is now our favorite and we plan on coming back again.

Beautiful resorts, area accessible to route 4 to Disney and all the theme parks....   Inside vacation home huge and gorgeous!  Bathroom for every bedroom.   Fun community...  Definite  family enjoyment!

This stay was great. Excellent room for the price. beatiful property, BUT more attention needs to be paid to small details in cleanliness. There needs to be a monthly deep cleaning (washing walls, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning grout in showers, etc). For this to be a new property I was expecting more cleanliness. The vents were filthy, so were the floors, the grout in the showers was discolored, and the room was dusty. The walls were filthy with stains and the previous guests food fingerprints everywhere. The improvement can definitely be on cleanliness. Then it will be A+

This is one of the nicest places I've ever stayed at. The staff is friendly, the room was clean, it was peaceful and safe. Thank you for such a good time at our Disney trip
