Only gave 1 star so I can write a review. 
I wouldn't know how this facility runs and I do not wish to know either because I refuse to take my grandparents there . I called to ask about the facility , when a male  employee named Ken who answered  the phone was extremely rude and had an attitude problem (the manager gave me his name)he was upset that he heard the dial tone when  he answered the phone (because I accidently dialed some numbers literally as he was answering the phone) and he "didn't appreciate the annoying tone he heard coming from the phone and was asking why my phone does that ...." and he continued to go on and say " well none of our clients or their families do that when they call and that's why he has an attitude". I then asked for his name and to speak with the manager....he refused multiple times.  Only after I threatned to come in myself and set his attidude straight is when he transferred me to the manager.(oh and btw he literally told me "oh please come in, id love to see you"). Once i   was transferred to the  manager Paddy -
She wasn't any better. She supported the rude, and unprofessional behavior from the employee. So if they are this nasty to prospective clients then who knows how they're actually treating the elderly that live there . I wouldn't want angry people like that caring for my grandparents . So sad too, because they seem to have good reviews but I can only speak for the horrible experience I had on the phone today . First impressions are important ,  they definitely failed.
