I have worked with this team for over 40 years. They have created beautiful frames for original artwork, several two-sided pieces of art, treasured children's work, and old family documents which need the special treatment of all acid-free materials and UV-filtering glass. It's fun to work with their staff to choose exactly the right matte or mattes and frame. Work they did 40 years ago is still in beautiful condition. Highly recommend!

Top quality work with very personable, patient, and helpful staff. This is a not a cheap practice so having someone that can walk you through things and make you feel comfortable about your decision is very important. Everyone that I have interacted with either seems to have an art background, or great training in what makes something appealing when framed. The hours can be tough if you work a regular 9-5.

RPF is THE BEST. I/my business, photographing weddings, portraits, and digital art, has been using RPF for over 40+ years, and they can’t be beat, period.

We’ve driven by a dozen times and never stopped until today. Great service, friendly staff. Looking forward to seeing the finished product.

We have been collecting art for 30 years, and have been using Rochester Picture framing for almost as long.  We have occasionally gone elsewhere for a better deal, but have actually gone back to Rochester Picture framing to redo many of those pieces. The staff is knowledgeable,  patient and invaluable in assisting with your choice of matte and frame for your pieces.  And yet, the cost is still below those 1/2 price off deals you are offered regularly from one of our well known chain stores.  5 stars. Unequivocally..
