Last night went in primarily for their Tuesday $2.99 ground beef special. At 8:00 p.m. the meat counter had no ground beef. The attendant said it was late and they ran out. When I asked if he could make a few pounds he seemed very put out and said it would take about 15 minutes because he was the only employee working the counter. I told him I'd wait and he obviously wasn't happy as noted but his loud grunt and terrible scrawl. After about 5 minutes, apparently after realizing I was going to wait, he went in the back and came out with the ground beef. Terrible experience and because of employee attitudes like this I'll take my business elsewhere in the future.

This place was out of everything I came in to purchase!! The French Rounds bins were COMPLETELY EMPTY!!! What a poor shopping experience. Will go to Whole Foods next time.

A very good selection of higher end grocery items that you could purchase at your local grocery store at a much lower price. There is a good selection of bakery items including muffins, cakes, breads all made by The Fresh Market. The produce section has a wide selection of fruits and vegetables. There is also an excellent selection of meats, poultry, and seafood Make sure to check out the large selection of candy, nuts and other sweets available. Be sure to bring plenty of money because most everything is a bit pricey. But after all, this is Naples so price is not an issue, correct?.

Everything there is true and honest. The food is genuine and isn't loaded with chemicals, unlike other biger brands. The staff is cordial and helpful, as well as friendly and open.

Had lunch from the hot bar... I had baby back ribs and macaroni and cheese. The lady that served me was too busy jabbering away in Spanish to her co-worker to realize that I asked her a question 3 times... never did get an answer... The ribs were overcooked and rather flavorless, and just a little bit pastey... The macaroni and cheese tasted like they had been burned onto the bottom layer of the pan... It's one thing to make a mistake, and quite another to serve it to your customers... I will bet that if the store managers were required to dine there everyday, quality would improve greatly... I won't be eating from their hot bar again...
