I bought my next top hat here last year at the Victorian Christmas event. I was so looking forward to returning to shop again at this store. Unfortunately they moved to a much smaller location. What used to be a cool store reminiscent of an old fur trading store has become another tourist hat and clothes store. Not even close to what it used to be. Bummer

I applied for a  job at this establishment, filled out the employee packet given to me, worked for three days, was never put on the schedule and, was set to return to work. I never received any call or acknowledgment back for 3 weeks. When I finally got a hold of Margie the owner, she told me that I didn't fill out the correct paperwork, and that I hadn't shown up to work and hung up on me. I called back and she handed me to the manager who basically told me that I didn't fill out the paperwork so I couldn't be paid. Employees beware, this seems to be common practice to get free labor by these employers. They also have merchandise with tears in the fabrics and liners that cost thousands of dollars with a no return policy. These people are crooks through and through. BE careful when doing business here. Be certain I will pursue this with the better business bureau.

Avoid this place. Terrible costumer service. I was accused of returning the wrong product, after I returned what they had sold me. Don't buy anything from them.
